Coraline pgs.35-48

When she went for her walk outside things seemed exactly the same.As she was walking around she ran into a cat but this cat was very unusal,it could talk and it had black button eyes.Coraline tried talking to it but the cat wasn't being very talkative with her it was just being very sarcastic but all of a sudden mice appereard and the cat ran away.So she decided to keep walking around and she noticed Miss.Spink and Miss.Forcible's flat.She knocked on the door with only her first knock she made the door swing open she went inside to find a very big room far in the room was a very dim light she began walking towards it and there sat a dog.This dog could talk to it asked her if she had a ticket to watch the show Coraline at this point was very confused.i know i would be.Coraline responded and said no so the dog let her sit and watch the show anyway.On stage was Miss.Forcible and Miss.Spink.they were doing tricks and they were skinny and pretty but had black button eyes too and the audiance was full of talking dogs clapping and cheering for them.After awhile she left and walked around some more and saw her second set of parents in the garden so they all walked back to the flat.When they got there they were saying how wonderful it would be if Coraline would live with them forever and all she had to do was sew big black buttons on her eyes to be apart of them.Coraline didn't like that idea so she paniced and ran to the door which she came out of the first time.The brick wall wasn't there again lucky for her,as soon as she got to the other side she quickly locked the door and ran to the kitchen got something to eat and sat there waiting for her mom to get home.
